Prosek is an original Croatian dessert wine made from dried grapes of the highest quality Dalmatian varieties. Grapes are harvested at full maturity - more mature grapes, interspersed with dried fruits from selected positions. We pack them in 0.5l bottles.
Sweet wine, balanced with acids that give it drinkability and freshness, aroma of ripe southern fruits, dried apricots, raisins, orange peel, figs, as well as aromatic floral notes. Aging contributes to complexity, tertiary notes of caramel, honey and dried fruit develop. Prosecco has a very long shelf life.
Gastronomic recommendation: it recommends all kinds of desserts, especially dried fruits and dry cakes, and it is excellent in combination with noble mold cheeses. Serve chilled at 10-12 ĦĈC.
