Crljenak kaštelanski is a ruby-colored wine full of Dalmatian character expressed through rusticity and intensity of taste. It has a strong body with pronounced tannins and alcohol, while the palate is dominated by fruity flavors of red fruit with notes of pepper and anise.
Recommended with prosciutto, beef and game, aromatic foods and dark chocolate desserts. Serving temperature 15 - 18 ° C.
